This year was very special as both the organizers and TCEB felt that they should put more efforts to have a successful show, and that’s what happened, the show attract over 2190 trade visitors from 58 countries, with over 340 exhibitors from 34 countries. The IT&CMA host over 488 Buyers and corporate Travel managers from 53 countries. 135 Conference delegates attended from 19 countrieswith 161 media reporters from25 countries. 356 Speakers and V.I.Ps.

What make this year show a special one is that the buyers were 466, and the exhibitors were 340, means that exhibitors had the chance to meet more buyers.

Apart from achieving a full-house exhibition floor, IT&CMA and CTW 2009 has garnered strong support not only from our long-time exhibitors, but also the new industry players. Country and state pavilions, namely Thailand, Macau, Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, The Philippines, India, Taiwan, Sabah, Brunei, Indonesia, Busan, Spain, Busan and Hawaii, have all returned in the 5,500 sqm show floor this year.

Host country, Thailand, leads with the biggest booth space of 300 sqm and brings in 81 co-exhibitors, followed by Macau with 260 sqm. Seoul Tourism Organization, which was under the Korean pavilion in 2008, will enthrall with their own 60 sqm pavilion.

IT&CMA and CTW social events was very unique and special this year, Lunched, gala Dinners, shows, Travel Awards etc..  made the attendance enjoy their time in Bangkok, together with the excellent meetings that they have done, makes the event number One in Asia and compete with other MICE events in the world.
